If you wish to return or exchange an item, you could do so for all items bought on our website within Ten (10) Days of the date of purchase, all the item(s), related accessories and/or tools and components along with the Original Packaging should be intact as received.

We can arrange a return pick up for you. To ensure you are within the Policy time-frame for returning your purchase, please make sure that you contact us as soon as you have decided on returning an item. Please send us a message via email on our contact email address listed on the website for us to schedule a pick up as soon as possible.

We would like to request you to check your item(s) as soon as you receive in order to guarantee the best service from our end.

If an item received is not the same one ordered, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, is missing any component or accessory, you have the right to return it and we will arrange for pick up at our cost.

While requesting a return, please ensure that you communicate with us on beautyboutiqueoman.com within 5 days of receiving the product and include the original order number along with the delivery receipt/invoice copy.

For products that you return to us, you can either get beautyboutique.com , credit (which you can use to buy products later) or a credit / debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order. This process of refund can take up to 7 to 10 business days.

In case you are not satisfied with any products outside the stipulated time-frame, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in every way possible.

Due to hygienic reason, any personal products will not be eligible for exchange. We request all customers to check the products at the time of receipt.

Cash on Delivery is available for selected products only.

In case of Store pick up, orders placed using Cash on Delivery payment method will be kept reserved for 3 days after which the order will be cancelled.
